Odoo Learning Partner, Dundalk, Co. Louth

An independent Odoo partner in Ireland

One person who has implemented ERP, run Microsoft 365 estates and still answers the phone afterwards. No layers, no handover, no account manager.

Who does the work

It started with the bookkeeping

Mimira Tech is a one-person consultancy in Dundalk, Co. Louth. I am Daniel Rajala, Swedish, based in Ireland, working with small and medium-sized companies that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want a six-figure ERP project.

The first system I ever fixed properly was a set of accounts that would not reconcile. That is still the lens: start where the numbers are wrong, follow the process backwards, and only then decide what software is needed.

You get the same person from the first call to go-live and after it. That is the whole offer, and it is deliberate.

Beyond the ERP

The ERP is only half the job

Odoo handles orders, stock, invoices and accounting. Whether daily work actually gets easier usually depends on things that sit outside the ERP: who is allowed to log in, where the files live, how email is set up, which devices are protected.

Before Odoo I spent six years in the Microsoft ecosystem, first as a Microsoft 365 specialist in presales, then at a Swedish Microsoft partner working with Dynamics. So the conversation does not stop at the ERP. Identity, email, file structure, device management, security and the AI tools you will actually use are handled by the same person, in the same plan.

In practice that means fewer handovers, one number to call, and nobody to point at when something breaks.

What that means in practice

Four things worth knowing

Odoo Learning Partner

Mimira Tech is an official Odoo Learning Partner. Training your team is part of the work, not an upsell after go-live.

Microsoft background

Six years with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics before Odoo. Identity, email and security are not somebody else’s department.

Commercially independent

You buy Odoo from Odoo and Microsoft licences from Microsoft or your existing reseller. I am paid for work, never for reselling software.

Ireland and Sweden

Based in Dundalk, working across Ireland and Sweden. Irish VAT and Swedish moms, in one database if you trade in both.

Where we work

Ireland and Sweden, properly localised

Irish companies get VAT rates, intra-community supply and VIES, and the Return of Trading Details set up the way Revenue expects to see them.

Swedish companies get moms, the BAS chart of accounts, SIE export for the accountant, and invoices that meet Swedish requirements.

If you trade in both, that is one Odoo database with a company per country, shared products and separate ledgers, rather than two systems and a spreadsheet in the middle.

Do not just buy software. Architect your workflow.

Questions

Straight answers

Mimira Tech is an Odoo Learning Partner. I am not a reseller: you buy your Odoo subscription directly from Odoo, which keeps the advice independent of licence commission.

Typically three to fifty employees. Small enough that one person can hold the whole picture, large enough that the process genuinely matters.

Both. Most of the work is remote, and I travel for workshops, go-live and training when the trip earns its keep.

It is a common starting point. The free review looks at what is configured, what is unused and what is quietly costing you time, before anything is changed.

English or Swedish, whichever suits your team. Documentation is delivered in the language you will actually read.
